Pre- and post-deal services
BCE’s M&A team supports corporate and PE clients on a variety of activities pre- and post-deal. Our pre-deal services include rapid market evaluation, sourcing, and commercial diligence. Our commercial diligence work happens pre- and post-LOI, covering market and/or target diligence depending on the client’s specific need. These diligence tasks can be targeted or more broadly focused around market forecast, customer insights, or questions around supplier and competitive dynamics.
Post-deal, BCE works with management teams on acquisition integration, growth strategy, bolt-on M&A target identification and assessment, sell-side diligence support, and a wide variety of operational and tactical exercises. Our customized engagement model, including our cross-firm staffing approach, means that clients receive critical data with analysis and recommendations provided by senior leaders from the relevant BCE industry practice team.
